Lauren Digby started sewing her own clothes as a teenager and graduated from Rose Bruford College in 2018 with a Costume Production degree. She started out in the industry as a dresser in various wardrobe department in Londons ‘West End’ on shows including Disney’s Aladdin, Big The Musical and White Christmas.
During the pandemic when theatres were closed Lauren fully indulged in her passion for patterndrafting and spent the time in lockdown learning and sewing to her hearts content.
When the word opened up again Lauren was given the opportunity to work as a junior costume maker on The School of Good and Evil Netflix film for 7 months (including a trip to Belfast where the film was shooting) and was absolutely hooked. Since 2020 Lauren has continued to work as a costume maker for film and TV and is patiently waiting for these projects to be released so she can share them here!
